About us

This site started as one thing: a shop cost calculator. Enter the type of shop, the floor area, the rent and the staffing, and in thirty seconds you know roughly how much you need up front and how long until you break even. What became clear afterwards is that everyday life needs a lot of small tools that are scattered across the web with awkward interfaces -- how overtime pay is calculated, today's exchange rate, which Pikmin Bloom pure spots are nearby. Rather than hunting each one down, we put them in one place with one clean interface. KitMori grew one tool at a time from there.

What we believe

  • No accounts, no sign-in. Open it, use it, leave. We do not keep personal data we do not need.
  • You can see how the numbers are worked out. The formulas behind the cost and labor-law calculators are documented, not a black box.
  • Data comes from public, checkable sources wherever possible -- official exchange rates, the government office calendar and other open government data.
  • We keep adding, but not just to fill space. Every tool here is one we wanted to use ourselves.

What is on the site

  • Shop cost calculator: startup cost and break-even for 20 shop types across 22 counties
  • Labor law: annual leave, overtime, severance and employer payroll cost calculators
  • Pikmin pure spot map: Pikmin Bloom coordinates across Taiwan, in eight categories, with "nearest to me"
  • Everyday tools: bill splitting, unit conversion, exchange rates, public holidays, licensed accommodation and pet businesses, and twenty-odd more
  • Articles: notes on opening a shop and on everyday data

Every result is an estimate based on what you enter. Real outcomes vary with location, condition and circumstance, and nothing here is investment, financial or legal advice. If a number looks wrong, you want a tool added, or you just want to say hello, please get in touch.
